The essence of the diet is that the sharp transition from one product to a drink becomes unexpected for the body. As a result of such "shaking", metabolic processes intensify, and the body loses weight. Let's say you ate stewed vegetables yesterday, and today your diet is exclusively a drink. The result is an intensive consumption of those fat reserves that have accumulated before the diet during the period of unsystematic nutrition, sometimes excessive and with side effects.

My favorite diet includes a fairly wide selection of products. Moreover, they can be selected according to personal preferences. Favorite diet for 7 days has an important advantage. It refers to a fairly balanced diet. But even a small and short-term imbalance can have unwanted consequences: worsening of the state of the nervous system, less attractive appearance (faded hair, brittle nails, unhealthy complexion).

Favorite menu for your favorite diet

The favorite diet prescribes only drinks every odd day of the week. Kefir or yogurt, juices, tea, chicken fillet soup - the choice is yours. Due to the large amount of fluid, not only does weight loss occur, but toxins are also cleansed.

  1. Monday -Drink day. You can drink kefir as well as warm soup, preferably unsalted.

  2. Tuesday -Vegetable day. The menu includes all vegetable salads with the obligatory presence of cabbage and celery. Topping - vegetable oil with balsamic vinegar.

    • Breakfast - cabbage and tomato salad (2 pcs. ) With herbs.
    • Lunch - cucumber and broccoli salad, with celery and primrose.
    • Snack - two peppers.
    • Dinner - salad of tomatoes, white cabbage and peppers with herbs.
  3. Wednesday -Drink day. You can repeat the menu on the first day or make changes to your drink diet.

    • Breakfast - tea (150 ml) and milkshake (150 ml).
    • Lunch - chicken soup (200 ml).
    • Snack - fat-free kefir.
    • Dinner is a glass of milk.
  4. Thursday- Fruit day. The menu includes apples, pears, quinces, citrus fruits. Bananas and grapes are not allowed.

    • Breakfast - 1 grapefruit, 1 orange.
    • Lunch - fruit salad of apples, pears and oranges. You can add a little ginger.
    • Snack - baked apples (2 pcs. )
    • Dinner - grapefruit (2 pcs. )
  5. Friday -Protein day. On this day, the body will be saturated with protein. The menu includes chicken, fish, eggs, beans, peas, seafood, kefir.

    • Breakfast - 200 g of boiled fish and 2 eggs.
    • Lunch - 120 g of boiled beans and a piece of boiled chicken (200 g).
    • Snack - milkshake.
    • Dinner is a glass of milk.
  6. Saturday -Drink day. You can follow the menu on the first or third day of the diet.

  7. Day 7- finally.

    Fruit and vegetable day. Moreover, the menu should contain vegetables and fruits that you consumed at the beginning of the diet program. In fact, this day - precedes the gradual exit from the diet. At this stage, your favorite diet allows you to include a light vegetable or cereal soup or porridge in your diet.

    • Breakfast - green tea, 2 eggs.
    • Lunch - buckwheat soup - 300 ml.
    • Snack - apple or grapefruit.
    • Dinner - a salad of any vegetable with herbs and the addition of vegetable oil.

How to get out of a favorite diet?

My favorite diet is pretty heavy. Therefore, it is necessary to pay the utmost attention to the correct way out of it. Otherwise, with a sudden return to a normal diet, the pounds will return fairly quickly. To avoid this, you need to follow simple rules:

  • during the first month you should eat only low-calorie foods to be as close as possible to the physiological rhythm to which the body has adapted during the recent diet;
  • refuse or reduce to an absolute minimum sweet pastries, any smoked meat, fatty, fried and starchy foods;
  • daily walking and light physical activity are recommended;

Important:The favorite diet can be re-applied after three months at the latest.

7 days or 12?

If the diet is easily tolerated, then you can apply the 12-day option. The diet program consists of one-day mono-diets that alternate with drinking days. So, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, drink yogurt or kefir in the amount that suits you. Be sure to drink plain water. Thursday is fruit day, Friday is protein day (we eat chicken breast completely), Saturday is drinking day again.

Days 7, 8, and 9 are protein days. You can eat boiled fish or chicken breast.

The last three days, from the 10th to the 12th, do not fit into the usual schedule. A glass of wine is allowed during the day. Small sips of wine should be eaten with a piece of cheese (30 g).

Contraindications

My favorite diet, like many other diet programs, is not for everyone. First of all, people with diseases such as diabetes, kidney failure, cardiac problems, liver and gastrointestinal tract diseases should reject it.

Favorite diet is absolutely incompatible with the period of pregnancy and feeding the baby.
